Privacy Policy
Effective July 30, 2026
This policy describes what information woodburycustomcabinetry.com collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed past, and it is short because this site collects very little.
What we collect
If you submit the quote form, we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, an optional address or neighborhood, the project type you select, and any project details you write. The form also records the page you submitted from. If you call or email instead, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.
How it is used
Form submissions are used to respond to your request: answering questions, scheduling a measure, and preparing a written estimate. To fulfill your request, your submission may be shared with a local cabinetry professional who performs the design, build, and installation work requested through this site. It is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone else, and it is not added to marketing lists.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no analytics cookies and runs no advertising trackers. Our web hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which record technical details such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. Those logs are used for security and troubleshooting, the way server logs have been used since the beginning of the web.
Form spam protection
The quote form includes hidden fields that only automated bots fill in. Submissions that trip those fields are discarded. No puzzle-solving is asked of you, and no third-party tracking service is involved.
Data retention and your choices
Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on the project, and then as ordinary business records. If you would like the information you submitted corrected or deleted, contact us and we will take care of it. You can always call instead of using the form if you prefer to keep things off the keyboard.
Third-party links
Pages on this site may link to outside websites, such as government permit resources. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to information collected under an earlier version.
